John: Once again, I find that I need to write you and applaud your superior perfomance on the installation of the irrigation system at Frisco Bridges. In particular , I would like to single out the work of Dennis Galloway and his crew for their outstanding effort. It took us five days to walk the system and develop the punch list that consisted of a relatively few minor items, much of which had been damaged  by other subcontractors on the site. Please remember how professionally Dennis represented Irri*Tech Corporation on his next performance review. You are to be commended for surrounding yourself with such capable people.

I've used Irri Tech to maintain my sprinklers since 1998 -- lived by the owner who has now retired! They still maintain my sprinklers now that I'm in Chandlers. I've never had to install. 972-231-5151

Having just observed the test of the irrigation system that you have designed and installed, I must say that it performed well above my expectations. I was mostly impressed with the amount of coverage that was achieved along with the control of spray that was being distributed. I feel that everyone present at the test was very pleased. Your team did an outstanding job given the restraints and pressure that were put on you to design and install a system with very specific covenants. I think this system should be a model for future, like situations where high speed traffic exist within an irrigation area. I know of no situation where the safety of others was such a major concern or the issues of liability were foremost . If you are able to install the remainder of the system as well as was done on the test site, we should have no problems and one of the best systems I have ever seen. Thanks for a job well done.

On behalf of Austin Commercial I would like to thank you for your great work on the Belo Garden project that you recently completed with us. lrri Tech worked very closely with our superintendent to  schedule the irrigation installation on a very difficult project in downtown Dallas. Your superintendent Leslie Kemp was very helpful in maintaining the project schedule and has been very responsive to any follow up warranty issues with Austin, the Owner, and the City of Dallas. This is the second significant landscape project that Austin and lrri Tech have constructed. The first being the UTD Campus Landscape Enhancement project which also was a great success. Thank you for your contribution to Austin's success on these projects and we look forward to continuing to work with you on future projects.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your years of dedicated service to the people of Texas on the Texas State Board of Landscape Architects. Our family has used Irri Tech, LLC - 972-437-4379 - www.irri-tech.com. They installed our system in 1979 and they've checked and serviced our system many times over the years. They are located in North Dallas, just S.E. of the High Five (Hwy 75 & 635).
